Christian Fellowship Theater 2024-2025 season
OUR TROUPES:
- Apprentice Troupe (ages 8+)
- Storyteller Troupe (ages 10+)
- Troubadour Troupe (ages 13+; 8th grade+)
- Artisan Troupe (ages 15-18; 10th grade+) *FULL*
Please note: The CFT Executive Team will work with your family to ensure the best placement for each student. Our age brackets are somewhat fluid to allow parents to keep their family unit together, while also allowing our staff to consider experience and maturity.

All troupes meet on Tuesdays from 5:30-8:00 PM in Marietta

Feb 10-22, 2025 @ Sewill Mill Cult. Ctr: Apprentice
Mar 10-22, 2025 @ The Art Place: Storyteller
Mar 31 - Apr 12, 2025 @ The Art Place: Troubadour
*CRUNCH is a 12-day stretch of mandatory rehearsals, culminating with a full-length play for each troupe. The performance dates are the final Th/Fr/Sat of each set of dates above. The Apprentice troupe will have Wednesdays off. Families should prepare ahead of time to clear these dates of other major activities.
Dates and venues listed are subject to change. However, we will make every effort to stick to them. Other dates will be released in August and will include “CFT CREATES” dates for each troupe.
PARENT COMMITMENT: We are one big family and parents are vital to the success of our ministry. CFT is volunteer-driven and each family will be assigned one or more production jobs (unless Tuition option 2 is chosen). On the registration form, please check jobs that interest you. We will work with you to find the right match.

TUITION AND FEES
Christian Fellowship Theater 2024-2025
Registration fee per student: $50
Tuition includes: weekly classes, one major production, Director’s choice production, T-shirt, video & photos of major production, Dudley awards ceremony (red carpet experience)...& tons of fun!
Other expenses for you will include: shoes, makeup, underclothes, program ads, & ticket purchases.
TUITION (2 options):
Option 1: Tuition rates if parent volunteers with production job, green room duty, & striking the set:
One student: $720 per year (prorated amount is $80/month)
Two students: $1260 per year (prorated amount is $140/month)
Three students: $1800 per year (prorated amount is $200/month)
Ask for rates for additional family members.
Option 2: Tuition rates if the parent is unable to volunteer with a production job. PLEASE NOTE that tuition Option 2 is limited to two students per troupe in order to ensure that we have enough parent help (first come, first served).
One student: $1080 per year (prorated amount is $120/month)
Two students: $2160 per year (prorated amount is $240/month)
For both options: Tuition can be paid in full, OR it can be broken into 9 payments. The first payment is paid upon registration and the other monthly payments begin in September and run through April.

DUE NOW: REGISTRATION FEE & TUITION DEPOSIT (($50 reg. fee is non-refundable. The tuition deposit is non-refundable after classes begin). Please send the fees via Zelle or by Paypal using cftleadership@gmail.com (friends & family option). If you prefer to pay by check, please email us for details.
**Payment Examples for “due now” amount:
One student at opt. 1 rate pays $130 ($50 plus $80)
One student at opt. 2 rate pays $170 ($50 plus $120)
