The CFT Team will work with your family to ensure the best placement for each student. Our age brackets are somewhat fluid to allow parents to keep their family unit together, while also allowing our staff to consider experience and maturity.

*CRUNCH is a 12-day stretch of mandatory rehearsals, culminating with a full-length play for each troupe. The performance dates are the final Th/Fr/Sat of each set of dates above. Families should prepare ahead of time to clear these dates of other major activities.
Dates and venues listed are subject to change. However, we will make every effort to stick to them. Other dates will be released in August and will include “CFT CREATES” dates for each troupe.
PARENT COMMITMENT:
We are one big family and parents are vital to the success of our ministry. CFT is volunteer-driven and each family will be assigned one or more production jobs (unless Tuition option 2 is chosen). You will fill out a survey later this summer. Check jobs that interest you and we will work with you to find the right match.
tuition and fees
Registration fee: $50 per student
Tuition deposit: You will deposit one month of tuition, which is credited to May 2027. This varies depending on your tuition option and number of students, so the amount will be sent via invoice.
Tuition includes: weekly classes, one major production, Director’s choice production, T-shirt, video & photos of major production, Dudley awards ceremony (red carpet experience)...& tons of fun!
Other expenses may include: shoes, makeup, underclothes, program ads, & ticket purchases.
tuition option 1 and 2
Option 1: Tuition rates if parent volunteers with production job, green room duty, & striking the set:
-One student: $765 per year (prorated amount is $85/month)
-Two students: $1350 per year (prorated amount is $150/month)
-Three students: $1935 per year (prorated amount is $215/month)
Ask for rates for additional family members.
Option 2: Tuition rates if the parent is unable to volunteer with a production job. PLEASE NOTE that tuition Option 2 is limited to two students per troupe in order to ensure that we have enough parent help (first come, first served).
-One student: $1125 per year (prorated amount is $125/month)
-Two students: $2250 per year (prorated amount is $250/month)
